Ingredients to preparing mouth watering Chocolate filled with Cabernet Sauvignon and wine cup cakes
1 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1 Cup White-Sugar
1 Tsp of Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa-Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Two Large Eggs
3/4 Cup of Cabernet Sauvignon
1/2 Cup of chopped Dried Cherries
1/4 Cup chopped Dried Cherries
2 Cups Sweetened Whipped Cream
1 Tablespoon Cocoa or Cinnamon Powder for garnish
How to Prepare?
1. First preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Prepare muffin pans with the paper baking-cups.
3. Now sift the sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, soda, cocoa powder and cinnamon together in the electric mixer.
4. Add Vanilla, oil, Cabernet Sauvignon and eggs.
5. Run the electric mixer at a low speed for around thirty seconds. Then turn it to from low to high speed and continue the beating for three more minutes and scrape the sides occasionally.
6. Now take the bowl out of the mixer and stir the dried cherries in.
7. Pour the whole batter into the muffin pans that is prepared.
8. Bake for around twenty minutes or until the inserted toothpick comes clean.
9. Put a dollop of the whipped cream on the totally cooled cup cakes center.
10. Decorate the cup cakes top by adding 5 to 6 dried cherry bits and some dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon powder.
